Quick Question on the auto attendant there is a Replay Message we set up ours so it would Replay the Greeting like Hello bla bla bla press 1 for customer service press 3 for Marketing etc. But when you press 5 for the Replay greeting all we get is dead air no repeat.. for the auto attendant we set up the recording in the after noon slot on accent so the morning greeting is empty and we only have one time profile for afternoon. There is one slot that does not have a time profile and that is Menu Options.. DO I need to record the message there for the press 1 for press 3 for press 5 for etc.?
