Replay Message help

Quick Question on the auto attendant there is a Replay Message we set up ours so it would Replay the Greeting like Hello bla bla bla press 1 for customer service press 3 for Marketing etc. But when you press 5 for the Replay greeting all we get is dead air no repeat.. for the auto attendant we set up the recording in the after noon slot on accent so the morning greeting is empty and we only have one time profile for afternoon. There is one slot that does not have a time profile and that is Menu Options.. DO I need to record the message there for the press 1 for press 3 for press 5 for etc.?

Menu options should recorded with the menu options shortcodes :)

Thanks for the post, THough one more question..

SO should when I assign the press 5 for the Greeting it should add a short Code to the system for the replay?
Because it did not addone.. It added a few things but I don't see one for the replay message press.

Ahh I need to record the actual message under the auto attendant - Menu Options with short code *8401 and then it works :)
