Replacing Driver

Does anyone know how to replace a Access 97 ODBC Driver with a Access 2000 Driver?

The file which contains the driver is ODBCJT32.dll but is it as simple as unregistering the 97 one, replacing the dll and registering the new one? (I have a feeling not)
