Hi all,

I'm planning to replace our old NT4 server by a better machine (will be NT4 too, for some reasons). This server is a PDC, acting also as a WINS, DNS and DHCP server.

Where can I find a complete procedure to move all data
and configuration from one server to another (I know I have to install the new server as a BDC, then promote it to PDC, but is there's anything to think about?) ?

Many thanks in advance,
lstoflf

not all of the stuff is easily available online... however, most is/was on technet.microsoft.com...

may be able to find step by step in books like NT Server 24seven by Strebe, etc...
