hi,

is there any way i can change the way email client (outlook) displays corporate directory when selecting TO button? as you've noticed global address list shows up by default. I'd prefer that my corporate directory (exchange view i've created) showed up instead. is that doable?

You'll need to create a new Address Book View and assign the Service Account and your users the Search permission to it. Doing so will effectively negate users rights to "search" the GAL...

I'm not sure if i follow you.
when you're talking "create a new Address Book View and assign the Service Account and your users the Search permission" at what level should i create that view and what would be the "Group by" criteria?
also, if I'm denying users assess to GAL what's going to show p in their TO: list?
