repeat a header on multiple worksheets 1

I have a workbook with multiple worksheets inside of it. I want all of the worksheets to have the same header. Is there a quick and easy way to do this, without having to go into each worksheet and type in the header?

if u select the sheets using CTRL key and the left mouse button and then type in ur header, it will type in all the sheets
