i don't know what release it is but it's pretty old. How do i change a security code for a user?

Do you know the security code now and wish to change it or can you not get into the vmailbox.
If you do the user can change the code themselves by dialling 5 to take you to personal option or 55 I believe to take you to change security password. follow the prompts all the way to the end to make sure they have been recieved .
or if you have the login passowrd for the repartee it is possible to reset it from the directory screen .
