Somehow....my log.dll file got corrupted. It jacks my MSN 9 email and browser. I spent 4 hours on tech phone call with Qwest and MSN guys. They were very good and we figured out the log.dll is problem. But...they don't know how to fix or repair the file. Do I need to do a repair function from W2K disc, or re format and reinstall or ?? I now can go use IE and then go to MSN.com and do Hotmail for my email. If I were to upgrade to XP Pro...would that fix it at this point?
