Hi,
Here i don't have ideal to build form and table for the user to input the information about the new building,etc... may i do 2 different table for building, one for information about new building and the other one for input the information each floor.
One thing ho can user/i input the information about the floor?

Assuming that the buildings have a variable number of floors I think that your idea of having 2 different tables, linked by a building ID, is a good one.

To input the floor info I suppose you'll need some kind of input form.
