Renaming object timing out

Can you provide more details? Why are you renaming objects? Are the objects forms or reports or something else? Do you have a form with code running in the On Timer event?

I imported objects I want to replace the existing objects with, but I was going to rename and keep the existing objects for now. I have the same problem with reports, queries, or tables, no forms.
Again, "Do you have a form with code running in the On Timer event?"
