Upgraded from 5.5 to 2000 on Friday. Problem with 2 users. users are (not real names) Karl-Arne Smith and Karl-Richard Jones. After the upgrade we have 2 mailboxes called Karl-Arne Smith and after connecting to one of these found out Smith has connected to Jones mailbox. Is it possible to rename the 2nd Karl-Arne Smith mailbox to Karl-Arne Jones and then connect each respective employee to its own box.In E2k manager have tried with reconnect but its greyed out so cannot use that and cannot find anything in AD users and computers that look helpful..??
