Renaming all objects in Front end/Back end

I'm modifying an old database by changing all the object names to ones using the Leszynski naming convention.

What is a good method to move the finished .MDB with new naming convention to the production environment (which resides on a client's network) where the front end is already separated from the back end tables?

Specifically, how do I get the table names updated in the backend .mdb? I don't have access to the client's servers anymore, but I do have an admin contact that does.
