Rename files in windows explorer

Hello...

when i try to rename files (or directorys) with the Windows Explorer the filename is invisible after pressing F2 or "rename".

Operating System Win NT 4.0 SP6a
( No IOMEGA Software installed! )

Can someone help me ?
