Hi,

I appreciate if you can help me out with some solution for my problem.

I need to check on the input file name whether it is maintaining a sequential number in the inbound file stream? If so, I need to append the file name with .rdy and archive the file stream in another folder to process them.

Thanks in advnace.

Not clear on what you want. How do you keep track of the sequence? I hope the part of the file name you need is a number. If so, here is what can be dome.
1. file comes in, you get the sequesnce number portion from the input files name and writes it to a file (output card1). Second input card reads in a copy of this file (starts with a zero) transaction set to keep. Second output card has IF statement comparing the two values and does what is needed. Third output card calls batch to copy 1st cards file to the second input cards file name. Use card scope to aviod conflicts.
