Removing XP Security

Thanks for looking,

How can I "remove" the security program that came along with SP2 that's in the tray?
I have an AV (AVG) program and both software (ZA) and hardware (NAT32) firewalls and I'm tired of the balloon and pop-up telling me I don't. I just want to get rid of this. I realize the limitations and what the OS wants, I just don't want to do it "their way". )
