Removing webaccess from tree and server

Trying to install Netstorage and Webaccess. Have found a previous installation of webaccess on one of our servers and would like to remove it. Can anyone point me in the right direction for removing webaccess? I have a folder in the webapps folder as well as objects in the directory. I would like to have this reside on another server.
