Removing TNs under monitor

Hi have a problem with an option 11 need to free up a slot that used to have a DLC in it to put a FALC in but if you try to remove the 2616's that are programmed it gives an error code "that you cannot remove a set monitoring or under monitor". Trouble is we dont have any digital phones or ACD equipment all analogue. How do you remove the 2616's.

It appears that these sets are acd agents. Go to ld 81 and at REQ LST, cust 0, press enter several times till FEAT appears and type SPV hit return when feat appears again press enter again. When you have the Supervisor ID print the TNs and remove the agent keys.

You have programmed the feature call forward and busy status.
In the next example the Monitoring set is the TN 1 1 and the control set is the TN 3 0

You need to remove the key in the control set (TN 3 0) and after you can delete the set with TN 1 1.

to remove the key just do an echg on the set at at the item prompt key 32 nul return, that will blank key 32
