removing swap key on 3900 ser. phones

Is there any way to remove the swap key on a 3900 phone when the phone user is using transfer (switchboard on 3905's) they hit the swap by mistake sometimes and it mess's up their rythum of answer /transfer answer/tranfer..... I don't think its possible, but i thought i would double check.

soft keys can't be modified that i know of

i know you can nul certain soft keys but when i print out the set there is no swap key, just conf and trans

There maybe something in CLS but am unsure if this can be disabled. Check what firmware the phone has maybe something that can be resolved by downloading new firmware.
