Dear All,

I have a large form based on a table showing details of members. I have just imported a new table into the DB containing the member's addresses. I created a form based on the address table, then added it as a sub-form to my original form.

There is a one-to-one relationship between the member and the address, so I want to hide the record navigation bar at the bottom of my sub-form. Is this possible? Or is a sub-form the wrong thing to use in the first place?

Thanks a lot,
Toby (Access Noob)

Hi Toby,

View the subform in Design View, right-click in the top left-hand hand corner of the form (thus selecting the form), select "properties" and set navigation buttons to "no".

Thanks

Paul
