So, there have been many posts about call fraud hacks through mailboxes. The most effective resolution tends to be to remove the outdial permission from all mailboxes. I have a customer with an older vioce mail and there doesn't seem to be a "none" option for the outdial perameter in mail box admin. I have deleted and rebuilt all the user boxes but the general and system coordinator boxes cannot be deleted and rebuilt. Any suggestions how to go about removing the outdial permission from these two boxes? Thanks for reading.
