Hi,
I've read through a lot of the questions here relating to the removal of the header information when printing from Outlook (I think the tippex one is best!!!) and appreciate that its not really possible.

As an aisde, can Outlook be made to use a custom template (Word dot?) for example and if so how?

Regards

PaulSc.

Custom template...
hit the new mail button and lay out the form you way you want it, with pictures and stuff, even animations if the format is set to html.

Then SaveAs type .oft

To use it; hit the down arrow on the right of the 'New Mail' button select 'Choose Form' and then look in 'user templates in file system' for the one you saved. I usual set up a new button on the toolbar for each template I use.

Hope this helps.

Les....
