Removing exchange 2000 after migrating to 2k3

I am attempting to remove Exchange 2000 after I have migrated users' mailboxes, public folders, etc to a new Exchange 2003 server but I keep getting an error.

The error I keep getting is about having 1 or more user mailboxes in the mailbox store and that I need to move them before removing the Exchange server.

The only mailboxes on this server are the ones for System Attendant, smtp and SystemMailbox.

What should I do from here?

Right clilck on the remaining accounts and delete the mailboxes, this will allow you to uninstall exchange 2k
