I can't figure out how to create a query that doesn't list duplicate field records. My tables all have the appropriate primary key set with 'no duplicate records'; anything obvious I'm missing?

Have you tried SELECT DISTINCT ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

Go into SQL view and change it from SELECT to SELECT DISTINCT

I'm guessing that you're joining a related table in your query and displaying all related rows.
Can you post your query, and what you're expecting it to display?
