removing dual pri card

i have 3 dormant pri cards. dormant in the way of they are active working but the t1 spans have been disconnected and no longer working. so the dch is down. I want to remove these pri cards and ship them to another site for use.

But i have forgotten the sequence of BARS or loads to check and remove first so I can remove them. starting with removing the loops, dnum etc.

anyone for short checklist please

first disable the dch (LD 96), disable the loop (LD 60).
out the DCH (ld 17), out the trunks(ld 14) out the rout if not in use(ld 16) and pull the card out or just disable the dch and the loop and pull the card out.....

and lastly delete the SUPL in ld 97.....
