Removing/Disabling QuickFinder

OK normally when i do a "windows key + E" on windows, i get the explorer window, but when you have Corel 8 installed u get this QuickFinder, i do i disable or delete it?

Not sure about WP8 but FWIW this would not be normal with WP9 on most any Windows operating system. With WP9 "Windows" + E gets explore, + m gets all apps minimizes, + r gets run.
