Removing a modem-pool

I have a modem-pool that needs to be removed in a g650 in order to remove all translations from the cabinet to remove the entire cabinet. However I cannot get the modem-pool to remove, it says check errors before removing. I cannot re-insert the old card either. Any suggestions?

have you checked the alarms for anything related?
Display Alarms

Then try running test commands.

Test [object] clear might get rid of the alarm(s)

Hardware Platform? CM/Aura Software Version?
can you list, display modem-pool?
Is the modem-pool integrated using tn758 or combined using analog and digital ports?

Can you paste the programming and the exact error being returned?
