remove url from page when printed

I have a report that I am generating using coldfusion... is there a way I can remove the URL from the header that is showing automatically... I would like to do this with code and not by changing the print settings in my browser window.

I've been trying to access the livedocs site and keep getting errors.. you know anywhere else I can get documentation on the tags used for this?

Otherwise you can use print style sheets, but browsers don't have to respect them -- most do unless the user choices to change their preferences.

print styles don't provide the easy option to name and save the files either.
