hi guys and gals,
i am currently facing a huge problem in the company im working. some of the users lower the ringing volume so that their supervisors does not know if they are receiving calls for help desk support. There have been major complaints from users that the 'it staff' are not responding to their calls and they always hide behind the ' I did not hear the phone ring' excuse...so here is my question
I would like to have a minimal volume set for the ringing feature of the phone across the company though we have i2001, i2002, and i2004 from the console. I would lke to know how to proceed as i am not very good very Meridan CS100.
