Remove Sent By Field From Shared Mailbox

Yes, there is. It involves changing the design of the database to write directly to the server mailbox. Doing so will break the normal functionality of the database and will prevent it from being properly upgraded/maintained in the future.
Do you have design access to the shared mail in question ? Do you have the Notes Designer and a modicum of experience in Notes design ? If not, you are better off asking your local Notes development team to do the job.
