Remove second domain controller

Hello all
I have first domain controller name is PDC .2 month later I create second domain controller its name is BDC. two weeks later bdc has down and its formated machine.
My problem is I see BDC (I see in Active Directory site and service and I use netdom query DC). Every one have any idea for delete BDC.

If you did not run dcpromo to remove the domain controller, you will need to run ntdsutil to remove the references of it from AD.

he ntdsConnection object CN=7c16b82e-fa08-447a-a5b3-5975f4a12bea,CN=NTDS Settings,CN=XPDC,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XX dictates that the local server should replicate from itself. This is not a valid configuration and will be ignored. Please use the Active Directory Sites and Services Manager to modify or delete this object.

How I should solve problem ?

Take a look in my FAQ faq96-4733, at the bottom of it you will find a script that will remove the DC for you.

Hi Markdmac.
I do follow your FAQ and run metaclean.vbs and input badserver name to text popup and enter.It show message "The Domain Controller you entered was not found in the Active Directory". but in event viewer show same error.

Who any idea for me .
