Remove restore option from menu bar

Hello,

I am working with AccessXP and created a customized menu bar using a macro. But the problem is thta when my forms are maximized I have the option to click on the Restore from the menu bar that is place on the top right hand side of the screen, and I also have the choice to enter a question for help. I need to get rid of these 2 options....
