Remove multi VM users...

We have a Meridian Option 11c switch. I'm having an issue with a new user's VM. I set up his VM for his phone extension but when users call and VM picks up, he gets an old recording that prompts to press 1 for user1, press 2 for user2 or press 3 for user3 (I'm unaware of the technical terminology for this). I would like to delete this option and go with a regular VM box. How can you do this?

You need to look in the VSDN table for his extension and delete the entry for it. It's probably pointing to an old menu.

Print the TNB or look under MMail

You'll want to look in voice mail.

Off the main menu it's option 3, then option 4, then 1 for VSDN table.

You can hit F5 to search for the ext in question.
