I recently moved everything from old hardware to new hardware with a different name. All of my public folders replicated on their own onto the new server. I would like to get rid of the old server now, so that I can use it for something else. I have read the MSKB #307917 and I am not sure that I need to do all of that. My new server is up and running and is identical (I think)

Any thoughts of how this is easily accomplished would be appreciated.

Thanks

I would highly recommend going through the article... How do you know your public folders replicated? If you can see the public folder TREE, then you still need to replicate all of the data by adding your new server to the replication tab of the folder (then propogating the Replica setting to all of the folders below that...)
