I have a Local Mail R5 Database, I coped a lot of mail's from 5 non existing users but accidently coppied twice. Is there a way to delete this duplicate mail's other than to go physically and delete each one of them
all you can do, is place a check mark nect to each duplicate memo, and then hit the delete key..this will mark all selected files as trash in one fell swoop.
In your inbox, or search window, type the names of the persons whome mail you would like to delete. Place the checkmarks to the left of the mail. (Tip> Hold down the left mouse buton as you drag the pointer down the left side and checks will appear) Once all are selected, strike the delete key and then F9 to refresh. (All Gone)
If the search window provides you with the view of all email you wish to delete, the checks will already be there; again, delete key and F9.
If the checks are not there, you could use the file, select all feature. But...be careful that you do not delete the entire inbox in the process.
