I just bought 5 used computers from an office that closed down, and they were part of a domain. They all have windows 2000 pro and I want to remove the login screen where it shows the domain name. I already removed the alt+ctrl+del to log on option but I want to remove the login screen. I do have the password so I am able to get into system. Any help would be appreciated.

Goto "Start" "Help" on the index tab type "logging on, changing requirements for user name and password" That should give you enough information. Just make sure you know the password for the local administrator's account or have a user account on the local machine with administrator's rights before you procede.

Good Luck
