I'm using Crystal 9, and I was wondering how can I remove the total rows in a cross tab report. My report has several contract codes each with several distribution centers for each customer. I've supressed everything Crystal will let me in the Cross Tab expert, but I still have something like this....

Customer Cont D.C.
D.C.
Total
Cont D.C.
D.C.
Total
Total

ETC.

Is there a way to remove the Total rows?

THANKS in advance for all help!

Right click in the upper left hand corner of the cross tab (blank field above row headers to left of column headers) then select "Crosstab Expert". Under the "customize style" tab, click to enable the "suppress row totals" and "suppress column totals" selections in the grid options.

I have tried those, and they're having no effect. I'm thinking that this is going to be a Crystal problem, not a Chuck problem.

Thanks for the quick help!

Chuck

I got it, I called Crystal and if you highlight the row-field on the Customize Tab in the Cross-Tab expert, the checkbox to suppress it's sub-total in the Group Options frame is enabled.

Thanks again!

PS - This one even stumped the gentleman @ Crystal, even he had to ask a co-worker!

If you have multiple groups, have you suppressed the group subtotals? Same as above, but click on the first group name (in row and/or column) and select to "suppress subtotal" under the group options.

If that doesn't work, I don't know what to do.

Sorry. Didn't refresh before I re-submitted to see you had it solved.
