I'm trying to remove a CLAN card that was from my old Audix. I have another CLAN that I'm using for IP trunking and MM.

- I disabled the Ethernet port on the IP-I
- I removed the entry from the Com Pro
- I removed the CLAN from the Sig Grp
- It says I have to remove the data module before removing the IP-I, but it won't let me remove it because object is busy, try again later.
- I've tried busy out data module, board and I've pulled the card and it still says it's busy and it causes a minor alarm... please help?

thanks for getting back to me, my active CLAN is in IP-Services not the one I'm trying to remove??
