how do you remove the last blank page of a report?

depends on how you got it. Look at each section in the report and see if there is a page break after or page break before section, and then see if you have any data in that section. If there is a page break before the footer but no footer that would give you a blank page. If the detail is just a little too long for the page, that could also cause a page break. So the answer is that "it depends
