Please advise if any one have experienced in the following issue.

I have four domain controllers in a single Domain. One of my DC hardware failed which was also one of my GC (all hard drives failed , Compaq is currently analyzing the issue so far they could not figure out the reason, we have changed motherboard, raid controller, Back plain and all six hard drives)

We did not have any kind of backup on this server since it is a new server.

I need to rebuild the DC now and would like to know.
1. If I need to delete any information regarding the failed Domain controller from other DC’s (Active Directory)
2. What are the process to delete this failed Domain Controller/Global Catalog objects from other DC
3. What specific areas I need to concentrate while I reinstall the failed Dc and promote as GC.
4. Can I use the same server name for the rebuilding DC?

Please let me know how can I do this tedious task.

Thanks in Advance.
