Removal CFM Template Cashe-ing

Hiya,

I have some problems with page templates casheing and remembering old data. especially after a delete.

I have the <META> tag with the PRAGMA NO_CASHE and EXPIRES on a date previous.

Also, I wondered if this was a problem to do with the proxy server.

CAn anyone help?

the very best way is to set you web server AND your proxy so that they don't cache any page
