remotly install East asian IME

hey is there a way to remotely install the east asian IME?

like maybe with an MSI file or something


to manually do it, you need to:
*go to regional settings in control panel
*click languages tab
*tick the box "Install files for east asian languages"
*click ok

this then asks for the windows CD and installs it

is there a MSI file or something with this? so you do not need the XP CD, and can install using group policies or something?
