Is there a way to remotely disconnect/logoff a login in a Definity system?

Recently a user logged in, started to perform the command ch st but never executed it. This, of course, prevented me from changing anything on the system remotely and prevented the nightly backup from running.

If I can't remotely disconnect/logoff the login, can I cancel the command remotely?

I once asked a similar question :)

You can check who is logged in to the PBX with status logins command. In the resaults you will find the ID. To logoff this person you give "reset login-ID X" command

Hope this is what you are looking for

Thanks r00g, hopefully it won't happen again. But if it does I'll try it out.

Thanks again!
