Okay here is the situation I have a registry key -

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg

this key has Admin and user rights but does not have Local Service rights.

As you may or may not know this ruins alot of remote functionality. Unable to access Event Veiwer and Registry remotely are 2 of them.

What I want to know is there any way to set permissions in the registry on a mass scale using some kind of *.reg file
or other means.

I tried regini.exe and regdmp.ee but when I run regdmp it does not show permissions for any key I added the usergroup to(where it should have had [# # #] it showed blank not even []).
