Looking for a way to lockdown a remote machine, I have a remote machine that I only want certain users to use and also not be able to change the machine name in the remote program. so they can only get to this machine, dont care what app I user if its the one in XP or pc anywhere or damewhere, Just have to make sure they can only remote to this one machine.

Use a non-standard port for the remote client. For example, if using XP's Remote Desktop:
Then either in your router or using IPSEC block the standard port setting. For IPSEC, see this example using Port 80:
You would block the default port 3389.

They only problem there is that I have other people that user remote desktop all the time on the IT side of the building this one pc is on the call center side, there is one program that is on this machine that they need access to and I dont want them to ge the bright idea of remoting to other machines
