Remote Worker - calls not working

Hi,

We have an Aura 8.1 system with HA SBCE and SIP trunks and I've just setup a remote worker SBCE for the IX Workplace client. The new SBCE is purely for remote workers and is routed via our internet connection rather than using the SIP SBCEs.

I can make a call from the IXW client ok but if I call my DDI the softphone rings and I can answer but the call is silent and terminates after 30secs and then re-invites i.e the softphone starts ringing again. The mobile I'm calling my DDI from just shows 'calling' for the duration and never shows connected.

I basically followed the devconnect app note for remote workers and I can see my IXW client registered on the RW SBCE and SM.

I have a feeling the issue is between the CM and RW SBCE but the traces look ok.

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
 
Found the issue, I was signed into a H.323 handset in the office.
