Hi All,

I have an RS 2000 server that works fine inside our internal network.

We have a remote office that users login to out network from, and this works but they cannot get to our RS server.

They are setup as members of domain users, but i have a feeling that the ip scope for our remote network is not aloud in.

Remote users also can not find printers when trying to add network printers using find in directory.

We are using win 2003

Can anyone help with any pearls of wisdom on this one.

We need more information to help. What are the subnets for both sites? How do you connect to these two sites? Can you ping each other by ip?

Hi msworld,

the subnets are as follows

192.168.1.xxx for main office

192.168.200.xxx for the remote office.

Users login to the domain no problem.

2 other network apps work ok.

My admin login works on both computers.

The offices are connected via vpn in routers.

I hope this is enough info for you to offer any helpful clues to the issue.

Kind Regards
