Remote upgrade of firmware on a Storagetek L20/LTO

Hi all,
I'm trying to find out a way of upgrading the firmware on a Storagetek L20 tape library with LTO drives installed - the Storagetek website isn't much use, has anyone here done this before? TIA!

I believe that the ethernet connection can be used with the library monitor, though I have not tried it personally, but if your code is earlier than 2.02 or so, I don´t think that the function was implemented.....sorry. So you may need to update once to say 2.11.00 and then you can do this remotely.
