Remote start/stop services or scheduled jobs from linux to windows

Hi all,

Is there a way to stop/start services on a windows machine from linux ?

Or

Is it possible to add/remove scheduled jobs on a windows host from linux ?

I know that the "net rap service" command needs to be implemented but i was thinking about an alternative,...
