Remote Software Installation

I have 1500 new WinXP PCs on order to be delivered this summer and I need a way to individualize the software installed on each one(possibly by group). I have a W2k network with AD. Will Intellimirror do the trick? I know I can push OS installs, but I need to install apps automatically similar to Novell's Snapshot and ZENworks.
