Does anyone know the command to shutdown or restart a server remotely from another computer on the network. Thanks!

hi,
The the command is "shutdown.exe"
you can find it in "Resource kit" CD

bye

shutdown /? will give you the command line options; you'll want something like

shutdown /c /r /y /t:0

/c - Close all programs
/r - Reboot (if you want to reboot it)
/y - Answer "yes" to "Do you want to shut down"
/t:0 - Timer to 0 (do it now) [auto] MCSE NT4/W2K
