Remote Notification with call pilot

I am trying to set up Call Pilot with remote notification to a digital pager. I can get the Call Pilot to ring a phone within the switch, but I cannot get it to ring a number outside the switch. I have deleted the restriction/permission list and still no luck.

I am wondering if this is a NCOS issue or ?

Any thoughts?

Yes, check the NCOS & TGAR settings on the Call Pilot ports. They need to have the appropriate level of outdialing permission.
